Bill Lischak
Chief Executive Officer
Bill Lischak is a highly experienced film, television and technology executive known for his innovative style building operations, driving growth and creating quality outcomes. Prior to joining RightsTrade, Bill consulted with various emerging media companies operating in the VFX, VR and gaming sectors, recently managing the sale process of a multi-national VFX production house to a UK private equity firm at the request of investment banking firm Houlihan Lokey. Previously Bill served as President and COO at both OddLot Entertainment and First Look Studios/Overseas Filmgroup, where he created strategic joint ventures with Lionsgate, STX and Sierra/Affinity (eOne / Hasbro); structured sophisticated capital transactions with partners including JPMorgan, international film funds and high net worth individuals; executive produced the award-winning films Hell or High Water, Drive and Enders Game; and funded the start-up of FilmTrack, the dominant film and television rights management company now owned by City National Bank. Following his education at NYU’s film and business schools, Lischak began his career as a CPA where he developed a specialization in entertainment clients while earning a Master’s degree in Taxation. Bill currently resides in Los Angeles.
Laurie Woodrow
VP, Sales and Client Relations
Laurie is a veteran industry executive with over 25 years of experience in international film distribution, specializing in the acquisition and worldwide distribution of independent feature films. Laurie was Executive Vice President of Fierce Entertainment, and President/Owner of Trans-Pacific Media. She has advised over 40 international distribution companies, and been instrumental in the acquisition of hundreds of films, including major theatrical titles and award winning festival films. She has been a featured speaker for Film Independent, Women in Film, the American Pavilion in Cannes and is a voting member of BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts).
Andrew Carroll
Director, Product and Client Services
Andrew Carroll offers an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges faced by today's buyers and sellers as marketplace technology continues to evolve. He shares personal insights and professional expertise in a relaxed and friendly manner and always ensures client satisfaction is the highest priority. Andrew has worked in international film distribution for over eight years, supporting and developing relationships with hundreds of international companies, with a specialization in the development of client relationships in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Jason Kassin

Jason Kassin is co-Founder and CEO of FilmTrack, the leading cloud-based, SaaS, IP Management platform for the Media and Entertainment industry. FilmTrack, owned by City National Bank, currently enables over 150 clients worldwide to manage, monetize and measure their content and related assets. An industry expert in the development of rights and content management solutions, Jason launched FilmTrack in the 1990s and has been instrumental in establishing FilmTrack as the largest content and right management platform globally. Jason, an accomplished screenwriter, actor and software engineer, navigates seamlessly between the technical and creative worlds from artistic inception through commercial exploitation.

Stephen’s relationships with hundreds of content owners and sales agents across the production and distribution spectrum provide him with in-depth knowledge of international content distribution, licensing and rights management. Exceedingly devoted to customer satisfaction and a key asset in shaping FilmTrack's identity, value and recognition in the industry, Stephen’s work has been crucial in establishing new paradigms in the IP management and distribution industries.
